2. OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, colours and images displayed on our website are accurate.

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting and photography, colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product.

Where products are available in different sizes, finishes, colours or configurations, the available options will be clearly shown on the relevant product page.

3. SECOND-HAND AND PRE-OWNED FURNITURE

Where a product is described as second-hand, used, refurbished or pre-owned, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

The product description will provide relevant information about the condition of the item where applicable.

Customers should review the product description and photographs before placing an order.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where the law provides otherwise.

4. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some products may be made, configured or ordered specifically according to a customer's requirements.

Products that are made to the customer's specifications, personalised or otherwise clearly identified as non-returnable custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return for change of mind where permitted by applicable law.

Any applicable non-returnable status will be clearly communicated before purchase.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.

5. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are in British pounds sterling (£).

Any applicable VAT will be displayed or included in the price in accordance with applicable UK requirements.

Standard delivery to addresses within our stated UK delivery area is free of charge unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

6. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We may cancel or refuse an order where:

- A product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error
- Payment has not been authorised
- We are unable to deliver the order
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

7. PAYMENT

Payment is currently accepted by credit card through the payment methods made available during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Payment information may be processed securely by our authorised payment service providers.

8. DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery across the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery is free of charge.

The usual estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, carrier schedules and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order.

9. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please ensure that reasonable access is available for delivery.

If an incorrect address or access issue causes a failed delivery, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

10. NO COLLECTION SERVICE

We currently do not offer customer collection or store collection.

All orders must be delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

11. INSTALLATION

We currently do not provide furniture installation or assembly services.

Customers are responsible for arranging installation or assembly where required, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the applicable return and cancellation arrangements.

Where a product is eligible for our 30-day return policy, customers may request a return within 30 days in accordance with the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights available to consumers under UK law.

13. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

14. WARRANTIES

Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee, the applicable warranty information will be provided with the product or on the relevant product page.

Any manufacturer's warranty is additional to your statutory rights.

15. WEBSITE CONTENT

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, specifications, availability or pricing.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, photographs, graphics, logos and other materials is owned by or licensed to Directive Office Ltd.

Website content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
